Day 13
So the blogging part of this challenge is not working, but I've made it to day 13 with two hour-long yoga classes, and either Back Care or Abs Yoga with Rodney Yee. Last night, I also had a 75-minute tap class and an hour of belly dancing. My legs feel smoother now, and BC and Abs are getting easier.
